Printing a document from Works

Not a computer wizard at all, but find my way around. I created an invoice form on Microsoft Works several years ago, and recently it stopped allowing me to print what I have typed in my billing information. It will print the invoice, but not what I have entered.
Please help if you can.

That certainly sounds odd. Is this printing information that's different to what you entered or is it printing blank values?

And to clarify - is this Microsoft Office Word, or Microsoft Works Word Processor?
