When I click on an article I want to read, I get the following:

"Form Swift PDF Editor:Convert, Sign, Edit | chrome-extension:// ..."
with a blue horizontal line on top of a blank white page.

How can I read the article?

Solution
Hey @Hukre, welcome to CF.

It sounds like a Chrome extension may have taken over viewing PDFs in your browser.
First thing would be to check for the 'Form Swift' extension and disable or remove it.

If you click the puzzle piece at the top right of Chrome, click on Manage Extensions and see if you can find something called Form Swift. Then either move the toggle slider to disable it or click remove to get rid of it altogether if it's not something you use.
